My vision for New Day has become simpler over the past few years because of our members. I see us moving forward together with common goals, all pulling for one another and all revelling in each others achievements.

As a sampling, we have groups, programs and classes for cyclists, stroke recovery, Moms and Babies, and sports enthusiasts. We have seen excellent results and great success with clients who want to lose weight safely and permanently, with those living with diabetes or heart conditions, and with others who just want to keep moving and stay active. Not A “Usual” Gym

While it’s true we’re not a “oiled up” studio, you will find down-to-earth champions working out in our studio regularly.
