Cardio Kickboxing

This is a 45 minute high intensity interval training class, incorporating boxing, kickboxing, strength training and cardio. New exercises and drills will be used each week to challenge your muscles and keep you burning fat. This class will energize you, kick your body into high gear and guarantees a good time.

Policy for make-up classes

In order to be eligible for a make-up class, you must have given at least 24 hours of notice before the missed class.

Make-up classes are done by availability.
