Fast Forward

Fast Forward is New Day’s most comprehensive weight loss program to date. If you are serious about making changes in your life, this is the program for you. We provide all the training, nutritional counseling, and motivation needed to help you make healthy lifestyle changes that will stay with you for the rest of your life. This progressive program begins with a consultation with one of our experienced trainers. We want to know all about your health history, your goals and all possible risk factors. We will then provide a nutritional consultation with our dietitian who will analyze your current nutritional habits and then provide a better eating plan. Next, we take measurements, record your weight and take pictures. The work begins gradually with 3 days a week of personal training where you will learn proper training technique. As the first month progresses, we gradually add more of what your body needs to kick-start your metabolism. By the end of the month, you will be fully integrated into a highly efficient calorie burning weight loss program.
