Fit for Golf is a whole body conditioning, small group circuit class with the golfer in mind. We focus on rotary strength, balance and muscular balancing while at the same time improving cardiovascular fitness. Terry Day has operated this popular class for the past 5 years, helping many golfers achieve longer drives, greater stamina and fewer injuries.

Policy for make-up classes
In order to be eligible for a make-up class, you must have given at least 24 hours of notice before the missed class.
Make-up classes are done by availability.
