Carl Ljungberg has been a personal trainer for more than 25 years. He takes great pride in having many long-term clients and in having completed more than 30,000 personal training sessions!
Carl understands that a close relationship between physical and mental health is an essential part of life. He has worked with young people, older retirees, athletes, people new to exercise, people with disabilities and/or special needs. Carl’s training sessions focus on functional strength and can be designed for specific sports or hobbies. He welcomes everyone with an open mind, is willing to accept all challenges.
Being active and fit is a very important part of Carl’s personal life. He has two very active boys, and believes in modelling an active life for his family.
